What do you like best about Paylocity?

What do you dislike about Paylocity?

Web Benefits and Web Expense. Web Expense does not allow free form job numbers to handle our GL feed. Web Benefits service leaves a lot to be desired and the wording for mid-year or life event changes are poor. They have no idea how to talk to people. Need soft skills. What problems is Paylocity solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm not solving problems but building continued solutions. I love the benefit of journals since it is an easy way for managers to keep track of things that happen. They use impression badges as a way to recognize and catch them doing things right and when you do a review you combine the two to have great feedback. Journals are also key to helping keep us out of court. If it is not written it did not happen. Journals resolve this key issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
