What do you like best about Paylocity?

I love all the features available, such as surveys, learning management, 401k integration, on demand pay, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paylocity?

The thing that I dislike the most would probably be the reporting tool. ADP had a much easier to use tool. I feel like the reports are pretty limited. I also hate that, in order to see an employee's SSN or birth date, I have to get an email or phone call to verify EACH time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Paylocity:

Make sure your IC is paying close attention. My first one made many mistakes and it led to me almost going with another service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paylocity solving and how is that benefiting you?

On demand pay configuration was an issue for a while. Now I am having an issue with the actual tool popping up on the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
