What do you like best about Paylocity?

The navigation of the site is quite simple. It's easy to clock in/out, check your time sheet, check your weekly pay, etc. One aspect I love, and I know that my company loves, it that we are able to 'transfer' when we are clocking in, meaning if we aren't doing client outreach, the companies that work with us will not be charged for that service. What do you dislike about Paylocity?

It does not sync perfectly with the timeline of my company's pay period, so I have to figure out on my own how to calculate what my paycheck would be. It's not the end of the world, but it is a bit inconvenient. There is not much else that really dislike about the platform as it is simple and helps us do what we need to do. What problems is Paylocity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking when employees clock in and out! That was an issue with the prior system that my company used. It's super simple to put in our time off requests, we can track our exact hours easily - and where those hours are being charged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
