What do you like best about Paylocity?

They continue to roll out software updates that keep up with industry and compliance changes, while also improving ease of use. I also love the new HOME feature, where we can keep staff resources readily available to them no matter where they are via the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paylocity?

I would have said security setups, but one of the more recent updates fixed the issues that we were having and made it much more user friendly. I don't have any other particular dislikes other than maybe account managers changing frequently. Some are better than others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paylocity solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have really appreciated the new payroll processing flow. We can now customize what we see or filter staff as we enter or check payroll making it more efficient. There are also new comparison tools that make reviewing payroll more efficient without having to pull a prior payroll to manually compare when we have questions. The HOME resources allows us to make staff resources more easily available without having to go to multiple locations. Now it is all in one place and can be accessed even via the app when off site if needed. We are using it for HR policies, forms that might be needed, benefit links, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
