I love how Paylocity makes our onboarding process so much smoother and allows us to collect more data from new hires before they even start. The integration with other systems is seamless and has been a huge help. The data analytics and reports are fantastic; it’s so much easier to report out to my executive director and board of directors now compared to our old system, where pulling reports was very time-consuming. I appreciate how easy it is to access information with the dashboard, which shows headcount, terms, hires, turnover, and OT immediately—it's incredible.
