"Intuitive, Affordable HOA Software That Makes Communication and Bookkeeping Effortless"

What do you like best about PayHOA?

Our very small HOA (only 34 homes) has really appreciated the affordable cost of this intuitive software. It was easy to onboard all residents, including seniors. The communication templates have been especially helpful, and the accounting program with AI integration makes bookkeeping a snap. We also love that all banking transactions upload and integrate seamlessly with the program. Sending notices to members used to be a real chore, but now it’s quick and easy—done in just a few clicks. What do you dislike about PayHOA?

When I enter checking account transactions for repeat vendors, it doesn’t remember the category, so I have to manually choose it every single time. I also have to pick the bank account from a dropdown each time, which is frustrating when I only have one bank account. It should simply default to the only account I have instead of making me select it repeatedly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PayHOA solving and how is that benefiting you?

We feel we’re on much more solid legal ground thanks to the direction PayHOA provides through its templates and suggested onboarding letters, among other resources. I also appreciate not having to address individual notice letters anymore, since the Broadcast and Mail Room features handle that for us in a speedy way.
