I like Payhawk's approval process and its ability to create approvals per project. It really helps with the granularity in the analysis of costs and allows me to see if the amounts are within budgets. I also find the initial setup to be easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting and reconciliation side of things. It's really hard to reconcile. You would think the report will show spend only and how that affects cash at the end of the period, but there are so many different aspects such as Pending, submitted and approved - And also timing differences.
