What do you like best about PayFocus?

We love the platform as it helps us to pay our employees timely and accurately without any delay. The platform also allows us to easily access and understand tax processing and human resource tasks all in one place. With the help of this platform, we were able to access to view each employee's personal information. We were also satisfied with the customer support and how they were responding and helping us out during the process of payment. The platform also provides various features like advanced report writing, new hire reporting, on-site manual check writing, and many more. In our company, we use the platform frequently daily. What do you dislike about PayFocus?

Some cards are not acceptable by the platform, creating problems for our employees during the time of payroll. Sometimes it takes a long time to receive the payment even with a good internet connection. It was a stunning platform for us, the platform helped us to process business-compliant taxes, with the ability to manage human resources from one platform. The platform also offers useful features like personnel tracking and onboarding. We were also able to access the platform from different places and devices helping us payout employees timely and accurately. The platform also integrates itself well with other internal systems and other third-party platforms.
