I like that Paycor is integrated with most of my other benefit systems and accounts. I can update information one time in Paycor and all of the other systems get the information they need to set up and maintain accounts for the most part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paycor reporting is not user friendly. I would love to be able to easily select what pieces of information I want in a custom report rather than trying to find a template that has some of it and try to add the information I need. I would also love for benefits notifications to appear on my main dashboard rather than have to go into that platform separately to see if I have any pending tasks.
