What do you like best about Paycor?

I've really enjoyed using Paycor as an employee. The interface is clean and super easy to navigate, making it a breeze to find pay stubs, tax forms, PTO balances, and other important information. It works reliably, and I haven't had any major issues with loading or accessing features. While I don't use its integrations or know the pricing on my end, everything fits smoothly with my company's HR and payroll processes.

The onboarding was straightforward, and I was able to dive right in without needing much help. I also like the self service features and automated tools they make handling everyday HR tasks quick and hassle free. Overall, Paycor gives a simple and efficient way to manage work related info. What do you dislike about Paycor?

One downside of Paycor is that some features can be a bit tricky to find, especially if you don't use them often. Sometimes, the mobile app and website can feel a little slow during busy times, too. As an employee, I also can’t access all the HR info I might need, so I often have to reach out to HR instead of finding answers in the system. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paycor makes it easy to keep track of important employee info and HR tasks all in one place. I can quickly access pay details, tax documents, PTO balances, benefits info, and other workplace resources without complicated manual processes or jumping between different systems.
