What do you like best about Paycom?

I like that Paycom has everything all in one place. It is also very easy to use. It is separated in easy-to-find sections with links to get to exactly what I need. Paycom has all of the important information I am looking for. It has my paystubs, pay information, documents with benefits, vacation time, etc. I also like how it breaks down my pay information into a format that is easy to read and easy to understand. What do you dislike about Paycom?

I dislike that Paycom benefits are a little confusing to submit. It is not clear when the benefits enrollment is due, and what I currently have, and what I can change. I wish it was easier to understand and update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems I am solving with Paycom are finding my pay information. Also, Paycom gives me a lot of information that I need related to HR. The benefits include all of my HR benefits and pay in one single place. It also lets me review my company's documents and holiday calendars. Paycom also lets me see my company's directory and organization structure. I also like that Paycom has links that are easy to read and find. Paycom helps me answer questions about my time off and lets me update my personal information too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
