The overall integration of what otherwise would be multiple platforms ensure I can spend my time focusing on the big picture of our business and processes rather than spend time aimlessly on the small things. With monthly product updates, there are often issues that can cause a snowball effect into other parts of our business. Ensuring the monthly updates don't impact other parts of Paycom would be ideal. Ensuring documents/policies are being signed timely with the size of our workforce is made easy and practically mindless with self onboarding. This helps protect the company and our employees with and pushback or compliance issues with policies being signed prior to being onboarded. Our custom compensation converter built to our specs allows for a simpler payroll process, where this would otherwise require 1-3 additional associates to use and manipulate a spreadsheet every week saving us much time and work. Lastly, PAFs allow for easy employee changes submission requests across our nationwide operation and make the requests seamless for the HR team to process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
