What do you like best about Paycom?

I love that Paycom offers ongoing support, training, and proactive solutions. Whenever there are changes in regulations, I'm informed and get updates in the system, even with calculations for retro pay. My representative always takes time to walk me through processes I'm not familiar with, which is incredibly helpful. The system's ability to integrate everything and eliminate the need for multiple platforms is fantastic. Also, setting up Paycom was really easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

I'm not a fan of the org chart feature in Paycom because it ties each position to a seat without the ability to have unassigned seats when recruiting for multiple headcounts. I'd like a more distinct org chart where vacant positions aren't tied to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paycom solves the problem of using multiple platforms by integrating functionality like payroll, training, and compliance.
