We use different pay rates per event we work. We have to edit pay rates often. I do not like that it keeps the original rate and adds a new line item for the difference. For example, if regular pay is $15 for 8 hours and the updated pay is $17, the system reads as $15 times 8 hours and $2 times 8 hours in order to equal the $17. The employee is always confused by this and we are always fielding questions around it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
