I like that it’s employee-driven; we don’t have to make changes for them because they can make updates themselves. I also like the new hire guide and the features within it, since it saves a lot of time during the onboarding process. For example, when everything moves over from the position seat setup and offer letter straight into the new hire guide during onboarding, it saves a lot of time and I don’t have to re-type everything. I dislike that, sometimes, when I make a specific change, it ends up affecting many other things without me realizing it. Some things are connected in ways that aren’t always obvious, and that makes it hard to make changes—especially for one-off, unique situations. An Example would be our accrual set up, I have to think about how it ties to time off calculations too and everything on that backside of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
