One of the biggest perks of Paycom is that its platform is all in one place. Everything connects and flows together within the system, and you can also add integrations as needed. The pricing is reasonable and the support is unmatched. The employees and our HR staff love the paycheck previews/approvals, it's helped save hours of corrections on payroll. The IWant and Ask Here functions are also great communication pieces for employees to utilize for more information. We love that the Paycom team handle Garnishments and notify employees of such garnishments, which means less admin work for us. Another item that is useful is that we get to preview W-'s before end of year approaches, to make sure everything is populating correctly. At times, the Applicant Tracking part of the app isn’t as user-friendly or intuitive to navigate as I’d like. I’ve also found that user profiles can be a bit tricky, especially when I’m trying to confirm that everything is connected properly and that the different sections are communicating with each other.
