Paycom has features that make sense and work well together as a unified system, whereas our previous payroll provider had a lot of pieces that felt like a hodge podge cobbled together over time, where duplicate information had to be entered in multiple places. Some things are not in the most intuitive places in the user interface, but I've begun to get familiar with where most things are since Abby has been helpful in replying quickly to our questions. The I Want AI feature looked useful when our sales rep demonstrated to us, but in practice it hasn't been able to answer most questions that I ask it or understands the question incorrectly.
