What do you like best about Paycom?

I am very happy with the support we currently receive from Paycom. Our specialist is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Whenever we are working on a project, she takes the time to research our needs and ensures everything is implemented correctly. The Paycom team is also proactive about reaching out when they identify features or tools we may not be using to their fullest potential. What do you dislike about Paycom?

One area that could use improvement is the use of reports. There are a ton of reports to choose from which is great, but it can be very time consuming to find the correct report for a specific need and the search is not very helpful. Once the correct report is found, the function is good. My suggestion would be to narrow down the reports and have them labeled better with maybe a description of what they are used for. What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paycom helps us manage payroll, timekeeping, benefits, employee records, onboarding, and compliance within one system. Having these functions centralized reduces manual work, improves accuracy, and gives employees greater access to their own information. It also helps our team stay organized, streamline administrative processes, and manage our growing workforce more efficiently. We recently added benefits administration which has greatly streamlined overall benefits and has reduced a lot of manual administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
