What do you like best about Paychex?

The fact they my specialist is one of the most punctual people I have ever met. She always calls me on time and treats me as if I am her only client. Diane is always sweet, sincere and very professional. I went through multiple specialists but she was worth waiting for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paychex?

What problems is Paychex solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting Paychex Flex was a big deal. The company I work for had fired the bookkeeper and passed her duties on to me. I have no training in payroll, the laws and even the quarterly treasury payments always turned into a nightmare. Getting Paychex took all of that off my plate and allowed me to function as an administrator which is what I was trained to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
