Paychex is very user-friendly. As an office administrator, I’ve used a number of different payroll providers, and the Paychex platform stands out for being simple and straightforward, with everything in one place. I don’t currently have any issues with Paychex. Last year, we were missing the ability to see cash requirements before submitting payroll so we could plan financially for the end of the month. Paychex quickly responded to our request and made this feature available to us, which was great. Overall, the Paychex team is very receptive to change and willing to accommodate their clients’ needs.
