What do you like best about Paychex Employee Benefits Administration?

Very easy to install and intuitive to use. It's helped for new employee integration and settling the HR compliance needs from new employees. This gives our employees one area for summary of HR policies, training, and benefits, process requirements. The system works smoothly and the IT support is very strong and interactive. What do you dislike about Paychex Employee Benefits Administration?

Nothing - it's very easy to use and very intuitive. At times, when needing IT support, it takes a number of discussions with them for their understanding and ability to either correct the issue or guide us to the correct application within the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
