"Fast, Reliable Payactiv Support for Payroll and Visa Pay Cards"

What do you like best about Payactiv?

Whenever I run into any issues getting an employee set up with Payactiv, I always receive great support—and fast. I work for a large senior living company and handle payroll for 17 communities, so questions come up often. The support team at Payactiv has consistently been there to answer my questions, as well as my employees’ questions.

I also run our Payactiv Visa Pay Card program and am always able to get resolution usually within hours. I've always gotten great customer support. Ricky, Justin, Albert, and Ray are just some of the names of Payactiv employees that have assisted me in the past. What do you dislike about Payactiv?

What problems is Payactiv solving and how is that benefiting you?

Payactiv has helped our employees manage their money by giving them the option to take advances, so they don’t have to wait until payday. We’ve also rolled out the Payactiv Visa Pay Card, which benefits our employees by providing an account for direct deposit, meaning they no longer need to cash a paper check.
