I appreciate that Payactiv takes out all the guesswork of payroll deductions and tracks my 401k balance. I love the benefit where I can access some of my check early; it helps a lot with bills and random emergencies. Some of the perks are available, however, they have a cap or credit-based programs. Since offered within payroll, how about basing criteria such as personal loans by payroll and length of job only?
