Pave does a really great job of incorporating client feedback quickly. There were a couple things we weren't as satisfied with and within 6 months they were all built out more in the product to be consistent with our requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pricing can be a bit of an issue sometimes with Pave (though, I do think they may price slightly on the high side knowing that Procurement teams like to take a pound of flesh off the top often times). I also felt like some tools were more helpful than others. They really tried to sell us on the AI capabilities Pave has as well, but it seemed like they weren't as sophisticated or awesome as what we do in Claude/ChatGPT anyway.
