What do you like best about Pave?

It provides a full compensation suite and is very easy to navigate for both employees and comp team members. It integrates with Workday and Shareworks, so employees have a single source of truth for their compensation. The team is very reliable, listens to our feedback, and incorporates changes that improve the product. They’re also always innovating—especially around AI—to help make our jobs more efficient. What do you dislike about Pave?

It would be great if the changes we make in Pave could seamlessly flow into our HRIS (Workday), instead of us having to download the information from the comp planning tool and then reload it via EIB. What problems is Pave solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pave has tremendously improved their comp planning product over the last four years, and we’re now able to accommodate a lot of our custom logic to bring our comp philosophy to life during comp planning. They’ve also improved their market data tool, adding more features like peer groups and onboarding more customers within tech and AI, which is beneficial for us to review.
