We have been using PATTSY WAVE for eight years, and I find the most valuable features to be Data Validation, Auto Docket & Download, and the Interactive Docket. Integrating these tools into our team's workflow has definitely improved our efficiency. With the addition of the new Upload Utility tool, portfolio intake is now much more streamlined and faster.

I also really like the user interface—it is both intuitive and visually appealing.

I would appreciate a more effective way to handle docketing for Copyrights, Trademark Oppositions, and General Matters within the General module. Placing all these different types of matters under a single module increases the risk of inconsistent data entry by our team, which in turn makes it harder to search for information and to establish consistent procedures.
