I had used another payroll software for over 20 years, so I was nervous to switch my payroll to a new company. However, Patriot's customer service made the transition as easy as possible. I have had several questions as we switched over, and every time I've been able to reach someone quickly, either by chat or on the phone. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get in contact with a live person, and they have always taken the time to fully answer my questions. Now that we have completely transitioned to Patriot, I'm very pleased with the ease of running payroll each week.

It was important to me that Patriot integrated with my previous software. The integration setup was quick and efficient and has performed as promised. The cost-savings wasn't the most important thing to me, but I am happy to be saving money on payroll each month. I appreciate the ability to control all aspects of my payroll and taxes. The only aspect of Patriot's software that I haven't found as convenient as my previous company is the 4 or 2 day lead time needed to get payroll in. However, there are options to work around this (prefunding, wire transfers, etc), so it has not been a problem, just an adjustment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
