What do you like best about Passwork?

Passwork Cloud has made a strong first impression, especially in terms of UI and user experience. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, making it simple to organize credentials using vaults, folders, color labels, and tags. I also appreciate the flexibility of custom fields, detailed activity logs, per-record event history, and the ability to duplicate entries while retaining existing metadata.

The onboarding experience has been smooth, and the customer support team has been excellent throughout our evaluation. They have been responsive, professional, and helpful in answering questions and clarifying product capabilities.

I also like the customization options, such as the organization-specific URL and customizable workspace banner, which help create a more personalized experience for teams. While we are still evaluating the platform, the overall usability and organization features have been some of the strongest aspects so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Passwork?

At this stage, I have not encountered any significant issues with Passwork Cloud. We are still testing the platform, so I have not yet fully evaluated every area, such as long-term performance, integrations, pricing ROI, and other advanced capabilities.

Since this is still an ongoing evaluation, I would like to spend more time using the platform in our environment before identifying any potential limitations or areas for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Passwork solving and how is that benefiting you?

Passwork helps solve the challenge of securely organizing and managing a growing number of credentials in one centralized location. Instead of relying on scattered password storage methods, we can structure credentials using vaults, folders, tags, and color labels, making it easier to organize, search, and maintain records.

It also helps improve visibility and accountability when managing shared credentials. The detailed activity logs and per-record event history provide better insight into changes and actions performed within the platform.

Another benefit is improved efficiency when managing password records. Features such as custom fields, entry duplication, and flexible organization options make it easier to adapt the platform to different workflows and maintain credentials in a more consistent way.
