I like the efficiency, it has been easy to learn from when I joined my company. Also the team are very quick to respond and we can easily make adjustments to our products that we require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be slow to add new features that we may see as more important, such as the notifications system for pep/sanctions checks. When there is a change to a hit which has already been raised, we are not alerted of this change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
