What do you like best about Passage Technology?

It does so much more than your ordinary sales tool. It really takes the place of 3 or 4 different pieces of software. I personally love the ability to transform data from Salesforce into charts. It is also used by project managers, sales and marketing teams, along with billing and accounting to check status's of projects and who will be paying us from it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Passage Technology?

I believe the customer support and tech support groups could be better. Sometimes when you have a question, you go to them for a quick answer and turns out you dont get it right away and have to wait, which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Passage Technology:

I would suggest at least looking into it. Even if your company has something in place, this could consolidate software and save money overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Passage Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?

Passage Technology helps the company from a big picture due to how many different features and options it comes with. As I said several departments can utilize the software to save time and energy that would otherwise have to be done without this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
