"Easy to Use, Fast, and Flexible Workflow Customization"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Passage?

Easy to use, with fast response times and flexible workflow customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Passage?

While the platform has delivered significant efficiency gains, the initial setup and workflow configuration required more time than expected. Additionally, I would like to see more advanced reporting capabilities and a broader range of native integrations. That said, the benefits have far outweighed these challenges. What problems is Passage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Passage AI, our team spent a considerable amount of time answering repetitive questions and reviewing documents manually. Passage AI automates these processes, helping us handle more applicants efficiently while maintaining a high level of service. This has improved productivity, reduced delays, and enabled us to scale operations without adding significant staff resources Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
