The PartnerTap resource is approachable and continually works to improve our use of the tool and internal go-to-market strategies.

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

Our internal adoption of the tool is the biggest need at the moment, but this is in no way a reflection of PartnerTap.

**What problems is PartnerTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool quickens the process of identifying targeted accounts with the highest propensity for a deal.

**What do you like best about PartnerTap?**

I use PartnerTap for mapping sheets with my partner, and it provides valuable insight into owned accounts, prospects, and whitespace opportunities. Our account manager has been very helpful and easy to work with. Running the sheets makes it very easy to use and apply the outcomes, and the initial setup was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

I will need a little more training to use the Salesforce plugin.

I use PartnerTap for mapping sheets with my partner to provide leads and opportunities. It gives insight into owned accounts, prospects, and whitespace opportunities.

**What do you like best about PartnerTap?**

PartnerTap helps partner teams find overlap, align targets, and accelerate deals. The account mapping is clear and fast, with strong privacy controls for sharing only what matters. There's very good customer support and usually they are very helpful and provide quick solutions.

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

Not necessarily PartnerTap's fault, but some of the information that I need to most is not available because the partner doesn't want to share it.

**What problems is PartnerTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PartnerTap gives us visibility into account overlap, coordinates co-selling, and clarifies attribution, which yields faster revenue. It uncovers shared prospects and aligns targeting, replaces manual partner outreach with guided workflows for introductions and follow ups, and keeps CRM data in sync through bi directional mapping. Reporting highlights sourced and influenced pipeline to support forecasting. Warm paths lift win rates and shorten cycles. Templates and governance make partner plays repeatable across regions and teams.

**What do you like best about PartnerTap?**

Integration was easy to setup. PartnerTap offers a free account type for working with Salesforce on the platform. This helped us moved quickly internally. The company match settings (which go beyond a domain match) are interesting and I'm looking forward to seeing how this works compared to other tools.

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

in some ways, PartnerTap seems a bit more basic than other tools in the space but some of this may be due to having the free version.

**What problems is PartnerTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using PartnerTap to connect with a strategic partner. We are hoping to accelerate the partnership by using PartnerTap to enhance account mapping and co-selling.

Working with PartnerTap has been a great experience. The onboarding process was easy and the team is great to work with.

I wish they had more suppliers, but I know they are bringing more on all the time.

Helping connect with telecom suppliers and identify mutual customers for teaming opportunities.

**What do you like best about PartnerTap?**

PartnerTap allows immediate data sharing with deeper content than sharing a spreadsheet between a vendor and a reseller. Account teams for both, along with contact information, are quickly available to facilitate teaming. Updates to customer data, including changes to personnel, infrastructure, account strategy, etc., can be instantly exchanged between partners.

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

There is a learning curve that isn't all that steep, but it still takes a little time to learn the tool. Then the biggest issue is probably an internal concern about the security of sharing information with external companies. Of course, that's what this tool does well and seeks to facilitate, but throwing that information out to another company's database can be a security concern if one of the partners doesn't understand the guardrails that PartnerTap implements to preserve each partner's privacy.

**What problems is PartnerTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting sales teams can always be a bit challenging. PartnerTap can simplify that. Furthermore, keeping customer information up-to-date and developing a co-selling strategy becomes easier by sharing customer intelligence.

Service - Had the chance to work with Randy from the Customer Service Department - great response, timely and to the point. got the answers I needed and was able to move on

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

The tool itself could use a bit of polish. I also found that the partner I am working with did not turn on all the features and we were provided very limited information

**What problems is PartnerTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer matching - to get targeted accounts

**What do you like best about PartnerTap?**

Since after using PartnerTap  for our business we have improved our business partnership and significantly up the revenue from previous year. It provides us with opportunities to co work with our partners and automating account. Also the interface is quite understood clearly without too much learning curve.

**What do you dislike about PartnerTap?**

I have seen no limitations to our requirement fulfilment through partnertap.

**What problems is PartnerTap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Partnertap has been a supertool for us in managing revenue tracking with help of convertion tracking tools with partners and also offer management. It reduces complexity of working with multiple partners has been upped our revenue game.
