Simple and basic, not overly complex with a lot of things you don't need. Overall, it has all of the basic integration you would look for when trying to create and manage a partner/referral program. Could have ability to add partners manually vs having partners required to sign up themselves. Aesthetic features like colours/images are somewhat hard to get right in my experience, however I am a basic use guy so things like that are of little importance to me and my small organization.
