Partner Platform has become an essential part of my daily workflow and is an incredibly productive data management system.

It allows me to document important information directly within a client’s profile, including phone calls, documents received from insureds, communications with insurance companies, and other important account activity. The follow-up system is easy to maintain and allows me to document the steps I’ve taken until the follow-up is completed.

One of the features I value most is that New Business and Renewal information automatically downloads from most of our insurance companies. This helps us stay in control of renewals, audits, cancellations, and so much more, while keeping important information organized and accessible.
