Parse.ly is so much easier to use than Google Analytics. **What problems is Parse.ly solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easy for everyone on our team to access and easily digest key performance metrics at the individual, team and overall level and really helps us drill down on efficiency since it makes it easy to see what content is performing well vs underperforming content, so it's easy for us to make business decisions about resource shifts. ### 4. What's most useful for me has been looking back on historical data and refining by traffic source. **What do you dislike about Parse.ly?** I wish I could go back farther than a couple of years to do longer tail analysis.
