Our operational team for Wayleadr support the employees to know how to manage the app. **What do you dislike about Wayleadr?** Honestly I have no issues with Wayleadr. **What problems is Wayleadr solving and how is that benefiting you?** In a hybrid working environment, there is flexibility when I need to visit the office. I typically have my core days for going to the office and Wayleader provides cadence and visibility of my allocated spots 4 weeks in advance. If I need to go into the office on an AdHoc basis, I can check availability the morning I want to go and if someone has released a space or I have applied for one, I can snap it up or have a space allocated to me. ### 2. From the installation, with great help from their support to the rollout of the application has been a pleasure. The app is easy to use and can be used on a mobile or laptop device. It synchronises with single sign on so there is not another password we need to remember. The application automatically assigns people their parking bays each week based on certain criteria. If you know you are not in the office on a particular day, you release the bay and the app will then give your parking to another person. **What do you dislike about Wayleadr?** None, the support has been fantastic and the application is a pleasure to use! **What problems is Wayleadr solving and how is that benefiting you?** It used to take ages to create and then manage all of our parking bays. Wayleadr has taken all the stress of of the equation and the application manages all the parking. ### 6. Understanding the days I have guarenteed parking helps me stay organised from the get go. **What do you dislike about Wayleadr?** It would be great if wayleadr could intergrate with our HR system so there is a quicker way of setting up an account **What problems is Wayleadr solving and how is that benefiting you?** When commuting into the office I want to have a guarenteed spot to work when I arrive. Sometimes, another colleague may park in my space so the ability to nudge the person in my spot to move is really helpful. They can then move there car into another space so I am able to park easily. ### 9. It was also very straighforward to set up my access and I have never had booking issues or log in issues and I have been using this app for 2+ years **What do you dislike about Wayleadr?** Very little I dislike, but as our car park is a high rise it does sometimes seem to give spaces higher up than needed but I am sure there is a reason for that in the algorithm :) **What problems is Wayleadr solving and how is that benefiting you?** The car park can be full at times on busy days but you know a week in advacne if you will have spot or not on your requested day(s) ### 10. It usually provides me a spot, but even when not, it does it in a very positive way. It's good to know even being declined at first doesn't mean I'm out of luck. I like how it naturally tries to reduce the number of needed spaces (carpooling done smart!). **What do you dislike about Wayleadr?** The instant booking on the day could be a little faster. It should be actions I could easily do while driving (big buttons,please!). The buttons that open gates are quite small and could be larger. Same with parking instructions - eg. as I arrive to the parking all i need is 'open gate' + parking number.
