What do you like best about Parchment?

What do you dislike about Parchment?
I don't like that if I upload a roster, but the student has a Hold. 1 year later, the Hold is lifted. I want to be able to update the mailing address of the Diploma before I release the Hold. We have been noticing Diplomas being printed crooked. I was aware of 5 out of 172 from August 2024 Graduation. Transcript orders have the green check mark, everything matches the student record, but the order is not fulfilled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
