What do you like best about Parcel Perform?

I've been verry impressed with Parcel Perform's tracking updates. The tracking data is reliable, accurate, and provides excellent visibility throughout the shipment lifecycle.

What do you dislike about Parcel Perform?

There is not much to dislike about Parcel Perform. Like any service, there are occasional challenges, but their support team is very responsive and quick to help resolve them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Parcel Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We recently changed our FedEx API credentials on our end, and it took about three days to obtain the new credentials due to an issue with our new FedEx account. Once we provided the new credentials to Parcel Perform, their team applied the changes very quickly and performed all the necessary backfills of tracking events.
