I find the resource management / allocation functionality of Parallax beneficial, and we heavily use the project features across all of our engagements. I like how it connects with HubSpot CRM, giving our delivery team a heads-up on upcoming projects, avoiding the shock of sudden projects. The insights and reports are also helpful for our management team, providing quick access to summaries, roll-ups, and KPIs without the hassle of spreadsheets or Jira exports. I appreciate how easy the initial setup was, mainly requiring our team to learn the resource management tools. The native Jira time log integration has been extremely reliable too.
