I really enjoy using Parafait because it allows us to manage everything for our facility in one program. I like that it seamlessly handles our entire building operations, including game room integration, online party bookings, and membership sales, all under a single platform. The technology is evolving continuously, keeping us ahead of the game, and their customer service is always available if we encounter issues, which is rare. I especially appreciate that Semnox actively seeks ways to improve their products without waiting for problems to arise. The detailed reporting features are incredibly valuable, offering us numerous ways to track our business, set up events, and streamline the best deals for our customers. Sometimes there are extra steps involved when checking customers out. But from what I understand, these issues have been addressed on the new platform, which we haven't upgraded to yet.
