I like Paradox because it makes recruitment and candidate communication easier and more efficient. The automation helps a lot with repetitive hiring tasks, like answering common questions and scheduling interviews, reducing the admin load significantly. One of my favorite things is how easy and conversational the platform feels. It doesn't seem overly automated or complicated, which is important when talking to potential candidates. I really value the conversational AI, automated interview scheduling, and candidate screening tools, especially since the scheduling allows candidates to pick a suitable time without back-and-forth, speeding up the process.
