It cuts down on the back-and-forth work between recruiters and candidates, making the process much faster. Candidates get quick responses and move through the hiring process without having to wait for recruiter intervention at every step. The interview scheduling is valuable as it allows candidates to arrange a suitable time without waiting for a recruiter, speeding up the process significantly. The communication side is also helpful as candidates receive quick answers to common questions and updates about their process. Paradox helps keep candidates engaged and informed, and it integrates well with our existing recruitment and HR systems, allowing seamless flow of candidate information and activities.
