What do you like best about Paradox?

It has saved our team a ton of time with candidate screening and interview scheduling. Before this, we used to spend hours sending emails back and forth just to fix a single interview slot. But with this tool, candidates can chat instantly and book their interviews directly through SMS or WhatsApp. The candidate response rate has been really good because it's super fast and easy to use on mobile Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paradox?

Setting it up in the beginning took a bit more time than we expected. Customizing the flows according to our company's exact needs was a bit tedious. Also, sometimes candidates ask unexpected questions where the AI gets stuck, so our team has to step in and handle those chats manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paradox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our biggest issue was delayed replies and slow interview scheduling, which meant we used to lose good candidates. Now, because it works 24/7, candidates don't have to wait.
