What do you like best about Parabola?

What I like best about Parabola is being able to turn my operational knowledge into repeatable workflows. In logistics, we work with multiple provider reports and a lot of shipment data. I’ve used Parabola to combine and standardize those reports, calculate KPIs, flag exceptions, and create consistent reporting.

A project that started with combining two daily reports grew into a much more comprehensive reporting process. That flexibility has been a huge benefit. It reduces manual work and gives me more time to investigate issues, follow up with providers, and focus on improving performance instead of spending that time preparing the data. What do you dislike about Parabola?

The biggest challenge is the time it takes to build, test, and refine more complex workflows. The finished output makes the process look simple, but getting the logic right and accounting for exceptions requires attention to detail. What problems is Parabola solving and how is that benefiting you?

Parabola has helped me improve both daily shipment visibility and performance reporting. Our first proof-of-concept project was building the Destination Ops Report, an internal shipment tracker that brings together provider data to help us monitor shipments and identify what needs attention.

From there, I expanded into automating KPI reporting, including standardizing data, calculating performance metrics, and flagging late shipments and exceptions. These tasks previously required a lot of manual preparation.

Having both daily shipment tracking and consistent performance reporting helps me spend less time compiling data and more time investigating delays, following up with providers, and addressing service issues.
