What I like best about PaperTrail is how easy it is to centralize and search logs from multiple systems. The real-time tailing and quick troubleshooting capabilities save a lot of time when diagnosing issues. We use it to monitor application and infrastructure logs across our environment. One drawback of PaperTrail is that log retention can become expensive as log volume grows. The search and filtering features are useful but less advanced than some larger observability platforms.
