"Papertools Makes Multi-Currency Inventory and Profit Tracking Effortless"

What do you like best about Papertools?

The multi-currency and the inventory. I buy stock from China and get billed in Chinese currency, but my books are in Malaysian Ringgit. Papertools records the bill in their currency and keeps my accounts in Ringgit, so I don't do the exchange rate by hand.

When I enter the supplier bill, the stock goes in automatically at what I paid. When I sell, it comes out, and the cost only goes into my profit when the item is sold. So my monthly profit is correct and doesn't jump up and down just because I bought a big container that month.

I can see cost and profit for every item, and the reports are clear. My price list is easy to get out too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Papertools?

Nothing really. Only wish is Bosnian language, that would make it perfect for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Papertools solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Papertools I used Excel. I buy from China in Chinese currency and sell in Malaysia in Ringgit, so I had to convert every bill by hand, keep a separate stock sheet and work out my cost of goods myself. It took time and I was never sure of my real profit.

Now I enter the supplier bill in Chinese currency and my books stay in Ringgit. Stock goes in from the bill and comes out when I sell, and the cost only hits profit when the item is sold.
