What do you like best about PaperLess?

We were able to eliminate many manual steps in our invoice-processing workflow. Using the approval flow in the PaperLess portal, we also streamlined the PO process and freed up time for other departments to focus on other work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PaperLess?

The OCR scanning and inbox automation rules still need improvement, as there is a small inconsistency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PaperLess solving and how is that benefiting you?

PaperLess has replaced our manual Sage invoice process and has saved us a lot of admin time. We chose it because it’s straightforward to use, and the OCR makes it easy to track invoices clearly and consistently. Since rolling it out, we now process invoices about twice a week and spend around 30 minutes a day on average. Overall, it has made invoice processing faster, reduced the amount of manual work involved, and improved productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
