I would find a vendor approval workflow great to help with controls and audit of new vendors, and I think it would help if there were restrictions to ensure invoices that do not fully balance cannot be sent for approval. Right now, they cannot be posted if not balance, but it would be preferable if the final approver isn't the one who discovers the issue, and it could be prompted for resolution during the initial data entry process.
