"Quick, Polished Forms with Smart Formatting and Logic"
4/5
What do you like best about Paperform?

What I value most about Paperform is how quick it is to build polished forms for all kinds of office admin work. I’m the Office Operations & Administrative Coordinator at Meridian Executive Partners, and I juggle a lot of internal requests every day. Before Paperform, I was stuck clunky basic form builders that limited layout choices, or I’d fall back on shared documents which looked messy and were hard to organize.

The custom formatting options are what really make a difference for our small executive office. A couple weeks ago, I needed to put together an internal request form for conference room bookings and executive meeting catering submissions. With Paperform, I could drop in images, tweak text styling, and arrange the fields to match our brand without touching any code. I also set up conditional logic so if someone selected catering for a large meeting, extra questions popped up about dietary restrictions and serving times. It worked perfectly, and the finished form felt professional enough to send out to leadership.

I also appreciate how seamlessly it handles notifications. Whenever someone submits a request, Paperform shoots an alert straight to my inbox. I don’t have to keep logging in to check for new entries constantly. Responses get compiled automatically, so I can view all submissions in one dashboard or export them when I need to pull together a summary for our monthly operations review.

It’s really approachable too. I don’t have any formal web design background, so I don’t want to fight with complicated tools just to spin up a form. Whether I’m building supply request forms, visitor sign-in questionnaires, or simple internal feedback polls, I can draft and publish everything in minutes.

Paperform doesn’t weigh me down with features meant for big marketing teams. It hits exactly what our executive office needs. Building good-looking, smart forms takes way less effort now, which frees me up from tedious admin work so I can focus more on coordinating schedules and supporting our leadership team. What do you dislike about Paperform?

Paperform works well for building nice-looking internal forms, but there are a few quirks that slow down my admin work at Meridian Executive Partners. I handle all sorts of office requests, and the biggest frustration I run into is the CSV export behavior, especially with longer text responses.

Last month, I ran an internal feedback form for our leadership team’s offsite planning. When I exported the responses to put together my operations summary, several multi-paragraph comments got cut off. Some special characters, like accent marks in attendee names, also turned into weird garbled symbols. I had to manually copy those full comments from the Paperform dashboard, which ate into the time I’d set aside to lock in event logistics.

I also find the payment functionality unnecessary for our office use, but that’s not the main issue. The bigger limitation is how restrictive form permission settings are. Sometimes I want to let another team member view submission data without giving them full edit access to the whole form. Paperform doesn’t make that easy. I either share everything or nothing, which isn’t ideal when working with sensitive executive office request information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
