**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I am the logistics and operations person for a nonprofit, and most of my time and work is spent trying to make things easier for our small team. Often, that work involves trying to automate or digitize many of our processes while acknowledging that our team has a WIDE variety of comfort levels with technology. We contract over 100+ artists a year, and our first platform was DocuSign. It was...fine. Pricy, cumbersome, ugly. We switched to PandaDoc a few years ago and like it so much more. I'm able to customize different themes that apply to different contracts based on business area, the template feature is so helpful, and I love how flexible the field integration is. It's been easier to get artists to actually sign their contracts, and it's way less intimidating, which means even our more lovingly luddite staff members can look at the basics.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

There are lots of little things, like features that exist in one place but not another. One example - I can duplicate a contract if I'm in "My Documents" but I can't duplicate a contract if I actually have it open. I wish there was a way to edit a document without erasing signatures - maybe it could send the signatory a message to approve or initial instead of making everyone start all over.

I’ve been using PandaDoc daily in my role as a head of finance, and it’s quickly become an indispensable tool in my toolkit. The platform’s integrations syncs effortlessly with my CRM HubSpot, pulling in data automatically and eliminating those tedious manual transfers that used to eat up hours.

No editing of finalized documents without starting over
Once a document (like a contract or quote) is sent or completed, you cannot make even a tiny change — wrong date, client name, or amount. You have to delete it and rebuild from scratch. No quick edits, no “undo.”

I have been using PandaDoc for a few years predominantly for creating business cases and handling proposals that lead to agreement signing. One of the reasons I chose PandaDoc over other solutions like HubSpot's quote tool, GetAccept, and DocuSign is its ability to quickly create visually appealing documents that extend beyond simple pricing quotes. I appreciate PandaDoc's seamless integration with HubSpot, where I can easily generate documents directly from HubSpot linked to deals, and any signed documents automatically attach there. This integration also ensures that amounts and line items flux effortlessly into HubSpot, enhancing the overall workflow. Another standout feature for me is the robust approval workflow, which significantly streamlines our processes, particularly when collaborating with our deal desk during document approval phases. Setting up PandaDoc was straightforward, requiring time primarily for creating our custom content library and legal terms. My overall experience with PandaDoc has been exceptional as it reliably delivers on its promises and offers the specific mix of integrations and user-friendly interface I require, which makes it an excellent tool for my needs. PandaDoc genuinely simplifies document creation and management tasks, provides a high level of usability, and effectively supports our operational requirements.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I prefer PandaDoc over other options because the functionality is very similar to what I was used to with DocuSign, but I particularly appreciate that the technology of PandaDoc is easier to handle in some aspects. This ease of use reduces the workload for my team by allowing us to send documents out quicker and more easily than before. Additionally, setting up PandaDoc was not difficult, even though it required adapting from our previous system. The learning curve was manageable, which is a positive aspect. I also find the streamlined layout of PandaDoc quite useful in our operations.

There was a little bit of a learning curve when transitioning from the previous platform to PandaDoc. Although the process was not difficult, some features were different from the environment we were used to. This required some adjustment and adaptation on my part.

I really appreciate how PandaDoc offers an incredibly simple and straightforward setup process, making it easy for both myself and the clients I send documents to. I love that it simplifies sending client contracts, especially since I'm on the free plan that allows me to send up to 60 documents monthly—more than enough for my needs since I usually send just one or two documents every one to three months. I enjoy that I can easily insert more than just signature and dates into the forms, and I'm thrilled with the ability to create basic forms that I can customize based on individual client needs. These features make my workflow seamless and highly adaptable. The convenience and efficiency that PandaDoc provides are undeniable and are significant reasons why I continue to use it.

Although I wish creating quotes was more automated, the outcome of having clients accept them commercially is satisfying. I find PandaDoc incredibly easy to set up, with its very simple and good guides making the process straightforward. The software’s payment and signature features in one place significantly enhance conversion rates by providing a smooth onboarding process. I particularly appreciate the clean and simple payment integration, which is a standout feature for me. PandaDoc’s compatibility with other software like Stripe and Square, as well as its ability to redirect links to banks, is amazing. Overall, everything about PandaDoc is really good, and I would 100% recommend it, rating it a perfect 10 for its efficacy and user experience.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I feel that some features of PandaDoc that require additional payment should not require such payments. Even when paying, for instance, $65 a month, it seems unfair to have to pay extra for certain features. I believe that the majority of features should be accessible without needing to incur further costs. This can be frustrating as it feels like I'm not getting the full value from my initial subscription.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

We are a small independent school and were looking for a way to create electronic enrolment forms as well as other forms we need parents to sign and submit each year. I spent a lot of time looking at the options available and trying out free trials and PandaDoc was by far the most flexible and easy to use. I was also impressed by the responsiveness to my questions -- both during the trial and after signing up. The program is user-friendly, and when I wasn't able to figure out how to do something on my own, I could usually find it in the resources or by contacting support. Despite a few bumps in the learning curve, using PandaDocs has streamlined our enrolment process and we've been able to use it for additional purposes we hadn't originally foreseen (e.g., rental contracts, employee tax forms) . We're very happy with this program and customer support.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

Nothing that I dislike, but there are a few features I would like to see added to the program (e.g., a table that calculates) to streamline other processes.

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily, streamlining our enrolment process by allowing us to send customized forms to parents with required fields and signature lines, as well as automated reminders. We have also been able to utilize PandaDoc for required permissions/authorizations related to student travel, and for contracts for our rental spaces.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

Very powerful platform for maintaining contract flow through the organization. The templating, pricing and brand consistency are key strengths, but you must invest time into the platform before you'll begin to see the payoff. The cost per use is high, but the time saved ends up paying for the subscription fees when operating with a small footprint of users. We have begun using PandaDoc for all internal and external legal documents, contract change orders, statements of work, and other agreements. The templating features are powerful and relatively easy to use with a couple of days of practice. There are a lot of workflow automations available, however we have had some challenges with many that are available. Overall, PandaDoc saves us time, ensures consistency, and provides basic integration with the tools that matter to our workflow.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

The pricing makes it prohibitive to expand beyond a few core users, so it would be challenging to scale the contracts team with such a large per-user cost. The contract redline process is a big cause of inefficiencies in our business process leading to a lot of manual rework. Our customer's legal teams have no interest in using the PandaDoc native redline tools and will only use Word documents for legal reviews. The Pandadoc offline Word redlining feature rarely works, resulting in someone taking manual steps to merge contract changes back into the PandaDoc format.

Pandadoc reduced the contract creation cycle from 3-4 days to 1-2 hours at most for nearly all our agreements.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

As a company, we use PandaDoc very frequently, sending multiple contracts per day to our customer, so it has been well used since we started using it at the beginning of 2024. 

Pros of using PandaDoc include - 
Intuitive Layout  - easy to use. doesn't take long to pick up how to do what you need to.
Searching for contracts is quick, and you can use different information to the find the document - which not all systems are good for. 
Easy to set up new documents to send
Able to send quick reminders to recipient 
Very useful side column with updates on where the documents are up to (i.e. who is left to sign, when the last reminder email was sent)

What makes it even easier is that there is the option to send a PandaDoc document link via text message instead of email so people know about the document even sooner.  Which translates into documents being completed sooner.

It's a small thing but I wish the help-AI bot was a bit more flexible to work with.  I would like to be able to ask it if something is possible and brainstorm a solution but it seems to have limits that makes in not quite as flexible as other help-AI bots I use in other programs. I appreciate that PandaDoc was not difficult to set up, which made the transition from DocuSign smooth and uncomplicated. The platform excels at completing agreements efficiently, especially given the nature of my work, which involves a lot of documents that our clients need to sign and date. The ability to search through any and all documents within the history is incredibly valuable. Oftentimes, I need to refer back to documents that date back over a year, and PandaDoc allows me to find this information easily without remembering when or how the documents were initially sent. I find this historical search feature enhances my workflow significantly. In general, PandaDoc is very easy to use, and despite a few areas that could use improvement, it is a great app that I find reliable and practical for my document management needs.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I notice that sometimes when I require both a signature and a date on documents, some dates do not get inputted. However, those documents are still considered complete even though they are missing the date. This can be problematic as it potentially overlooks a crucial part of the documentation process.

I find PandaDoc helps complete agreements efficiently by handling client signatures and dates, and its document search feature enhances workflow by easily retrieving past documents.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I use PandaDoc for signing contracts with my customers and I like how it improves organization and provides signature validation. It's got a good workflow and editing capabilities, which I find to be a great feature. Being able to edit documents is especially useful if information gets updated during price negotiations. I like PandaDoc; I haven't faced any issues with it. We are integrating it with Salesforce, and the initial setup was easy thanks to my IT department.

I appreciate how easy it is to use, along with the variety of templates available. The ability to track who has viewed my documents and manage the internal approval process is also very helpful. Additionally, I like that it integrates seamlessly with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I find it frustrating that PandaDoc does not offer a simple, one-click option to refresh and resend an expired document. Instead, I have to edit the document and go through the entire internal approval process again before I can redeliver it to the client.

Creating templates for quotes, sending electronic signature documents, tracking sales contracts, and ensuring all necessary parties are included in opportunities are all important aspects of the process.

I don't really have anything to say because it's a great e-signature platform for us to get started with e-signatures. But maybe pricing wise, it could be a little cheaper comparatively.

PandaDoc helps us get customer contracts and investor agreements signed easily through esignatures. It's user-friendly and we've used it for years.

PandaDoc is easy to use, has speedy transmission to students.  The links always work very well.  It takes working in a University with students to a superior level of getting things signed and tracking is also a breeze.  All documents are stored in date order.  I use PandaDoc several days in the week.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I have not had issues with PandaDoc.  We have been using it for at least 5 years.

Electronic signatures easy to transmit to students and employers, very speedy as well.   Students and employers feel confident with ease of electronic signature.
Generally, it prompts the receiver to read and sign the document.
